Our price match guarantees you receive the full price quoted for your sale provided it meets our Terms & Conditions of Sell
Once we receive your phone or device, if we find they do not meet our Terms & Conditions of Sell and the order value needs to be amended, we will email you a revised offer for your approval. If you are not completely satisfied with the revised offer, you can request to have the revised phone or device returned to you FREE of charge.
Revised orders will be automatically processed for payment if you do not reply to our revised offer email within 14 days. Price match does not apply to blocked (registered lost/stolen) phones or devices.
What happens when I send you my old phone?
Once we receive your phone we'll test it and make payment asap - we know our customers like being paid quickly!
The phones we purchase then go through our Treatment Facility where they are screened and prepared for reuse. Depending on the make, model and condition of the phones, they will be distributed to one of our trusted reuse partners.
The phones will then be given a fresh lease of life. For some that will mean nothing more than a good clean and polish and for others it may involve extensive repair. A large percentage will get fully re-conditioned and looking like new again. Each ready for a new home.
